What this site is
This is a demonstration site built as a portfolio piece by Thibaut PIET, Thib Studio, a French micro-enterprise in computer programming. The establishment “Le Clos de la Tonnellerie”, the rooms, the prices and the services described here do not exist. The site shows work in web design, accessibility, performance and static development. It is only ever shown to real hosts, as an example of what I build.

Privacy
This site sets no third-party cookies and uses no analytics tool. The only data you can enter is that of the booking request form on the Getting here & contact page (name, email, telephone, dates, number of guests, message). On this demonstration site that form sends nothing and keeps nothing: the submission is intercepted by the browser and nothing leaves your device. No payment is asked for anywhere on this site.
The three typefaces used (Rubik, Figtree and Pinyon Script) are self-hosted: no request is sent to a third-party font service. No data is transferred off this site.
Cookies
A single marker is used: for the length of your browser session, it remembers that you closed the demonstration banner at the top of the page. It is not a tracking cookie, it is not passed to anyone else, and it disappears when you close the tab.
